About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Kutztown, PA and surrounding areas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care within homes, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
  • Assist in the examination, testing, and treatment of patients with acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain.
  • Promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs.
  • Ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services and provide supervision to physical therapist assistants.
  • Ensure that physical therapy services reflect the Agency's mission and standards, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Successfully completed a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy.
  • A current Physical Therapy license issued by the state in which practicing.
