Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Christiana Emergency Department

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Christiana Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients experiencing medical, cardiac, and trauma-related emergencies.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire.
  • At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule:

This is a Part-Time Flex (48 hours per pay) position with a Day/Evening schedule of 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Commitment required for every third weekend and 2 holidays per year.

Bonus Details:

The successful candidate may be eligible for a sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
