Job Summary

The Bakery Production Worker is a key member of our production team, responsible for rotating throughout various tasks in a production environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and supervise continuous production lines, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
  • Rotate among duties, including filling, wrapping, and packaging products, while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.
  • Visually inspect products for quality and quantity, reporting any issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to Aramark and OSHA safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
  • Ensure the security of company and client assets.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bakery production or related role is preferred.
  • Validated knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
  • Validated knowledge of food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage.
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
  • Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
  • Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms.
  • Requires ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.


This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
