Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at FedEx. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of packages, documents, and heavyweight freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment used for the movement of packages and freight
  • Assist in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight
  • Serve as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Ability to maneuver packages of any weight using appropriate equipment
  • Ability to walk and stand for designated work hours
  • Ability to bend and squat for designated work hours
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training

Working Conditions:
