About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at LMS Investment Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the exterior of the property and perform building and common area upkeep on a daily basis.
  • Inventory Management: Order parts and supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure proper equipment and equipment inventory to ensure warranty compliance.
  • Emergency Maintenance: Perform effective emergency maintenance as required and in accordance with our Maintenance Operations Manual.
  • Communication: Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff, and display a friendly and courteous attitude towards prospects, residents, vendors, and other employees.
Requirements
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to transport tools and equipment to job sites.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 100 lbs, walk, stand, sit, kneel, squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, climb stairs, climb ladders, grasp, squeeze, and reach including overhead items in need of repairs.
  • Liability Insurance: Must provide proof of liability insurance for same.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be bondable.
