National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our corporate office is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and stock office areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Inform the office coordinator when cleaning supplies need replenishing or replacement
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a cleaning professional
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • Able to climb stairs and lift at least 10 lbs.
Compensation:

$19 per hour

Wages are determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
