POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

JOB OVERVIEW: Monitors and documents activities and incidents at a designated client location, ensuring the protection and safety of client assets and personnel. Conducts regular inspections to identify any irregularities. Maintains order and may enforce site-specific regulations and directives regarding personnel, visitors, and property. The role necessitates the ability to remain standing for the majority of the workday.

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Relevant security or customer service experience, or college education may substitute for work experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Security
  • Valid NYS Security Guard License
  • Availability to work weekends is required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is essential
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills are a must
  • Ability to verbally de-escalate situations is necessary
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Must be proficient in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Some roles may necessitate a consistent 7-year work history
