- Communicate pertinent resident care information to other healthcare team members to facilitate comprehensive care.
- Utilize downtime efficiently for tasks such as stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures while delivering care to residents.
- Exhibit a calm and professional demeanor while performing care duties.
- Assist fellow team members in completing care assignments as needed.
- Fulfill additional unit support tasks as directed by nursing leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Current CNA License in Montana.
- Prior experience as a CNA with positive references is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds when necessary.
