Northwest Medical Center is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Imaging to lead our Diagnostic Imaging Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the department's staff, including radiologists, technologists, and support personnel.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve departmental operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in imaging services.
  • Nationally recognized certification in radiology, such as ARRT or ARMRIT.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification.
  • CRT license from the State of AZ Medical Radiological Technology Board of Examiners (MRTBE).
