To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized seafood department, including restocking shelves and rotating products- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasksRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time- Basic computer skills required- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checkEarnings Potential
