Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Seafood Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized seafood department, restocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service. About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized seafood department, including restocking shelves and rotating products- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time- Basic computer skills required- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

Earnings Potential

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. You will also have access to various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
