Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care, working with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
- Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers (BLSHP) required within first 90 days of employment.
- One year of experience in acute in-patient and/or out-patient services preferred.
