Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and team members between various destinations on and off our property.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a van and transport guests and team members, following regular assigned routes and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate passenger census records and report any mechanical or safety problems to management.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three years' driving experience, with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to safely operate a van and maintain a safe atmosphere on the vehicle at all times.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to pass a MVR and Urine Drug Test screen.
Physical Requirements
  • Sufficient vision to perform duties, day or night.
  • Able to sit for long periods and stand and bend as needed.
  • Ability to speak clearly and communicate well and hear traffic and security radio.
Shift Details

Day shift, evening shift, holidays, evenings as needed, and weekends.
