Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing a team of employees, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of employees to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant is running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and food costs to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
