Floor Care Specialist


We are in search of a skilled and committed Floor Care Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring that both resident and communal areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, performing minor repairs, and responding to service requests. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide vital services and support to our senior residents.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in floor care, with proficiency in using floor cleaning and maintenance tools
  • Experience in general maintenance is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
