Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN or RN to join our care team. As a nursing professional, you will provide direct care to our residents, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions
  • Supervise nursing assistants and may supervise other nurses
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
  • RN or LPN license in Ohio
  • Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
