Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu plans, including seasonal specials and catering services.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
  • Monitor food costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including kitchen management and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with experience in implementing and maintaining compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
