Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including kitchen management and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with experience in implementing and maintaining compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
