About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, NM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services as directed by a licensed occupational therapist, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Identify and prioritize patient problems, notifying the occupational therapist of areas of concern and providing detailed documentation related to patient care.
  • Meet productivity expectations for the level of care, taking ownership of assignments and other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, demonstrating a commitment to service and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Licensed or licensure eligible COTA in the State of New Mexico
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of related experience
