Mercy St. Louis is seeking new graduate nurses to participate in our Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to provide a supportive and educational environment for new graduate nurses to transition into practice.
About the Program:
The Nurse Residency Program at Mercy St. Louis is a 12-month program that includes:
- Precepted clinical experience in a variety of patient care settings
- Didactic education on topics such as leadership, communication, and patient safety
- Mentorship from experienced nurses
- Regular feedback and evaluation to support professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
We Offer Great Incentives:
- Shift Differential Pay
- $10,000 sign on bonus offered for select units
- RN to BSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000).
- $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness Program to aid in paying off your RN student loan debt
- Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap)
- Must start with Mercy within 12-months of graduation.
- Benefit eligible on Day One
