Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our workforce planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain labor market intelligence to inform workforce planning decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and needs
  • Design and implement workforce planning models and analytics to support business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
