Machine Maintenance Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal performance and safety of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
- Utilize HVAC knowledge for maintaining temperature control systems within the facility.
- Work with high voltage systems as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance machine performance and reliability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any machine-related concerns promptly and effectively.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights and with high voltage systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
