About the Role

At Faribault Foods, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the movement of products and supplies within our warehouse and production areas.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading containers, including semi-trailers, rail cars, and cargo containers of diverse lengths and styles.
  • Locating products and materials using our inventory management system.
  • Generating and reviewing necessary paperwork related to receiving and shipping products.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping of warehouse areas and performing cleaning tasks.
  • Oversight of strict adherence to safety rules and cautious handling of moving machinery.
  • Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.
  • Meeting attendance requirements based on company policies.
  • Collaborating effectively with direct supervision and maintaining professional relationships with subordinates and peers.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • The ability to operate a forklift.
  • Passing our forklift certification training.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record for traveling between facilities.
  • Knowledge and desire to learn bar code scanning procedures.

This person must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent. The estimated salary for this role is $52,500 - $62,500 per year, depending on experience.
