Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service and hold team members accountable for exceptional service
- Establish clear expectations for in-store customer service and online order completion
- Monitor customer flow and manage schedules to meet in-store and online customer needs
- Develop and motivate team members while maintaining safety and security standards
- Demonstrate strong decision-making ability, leadership skills, and proficiency with relevant retail systems
Qualifications:
18+ months of retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a wet and cold environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
