Gift Shop Ambassador

As a Gift Shop Ambassador at Grand Casino, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting retail merchandise to guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure consistent revenue generation in our retail shops.

• Guest Welcome and Assistance: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and information about our gift shop items and inventory.
• Upselling and Recommendations: Consistently upsell and recommend products to guests, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Maintain a working knowledge of our gift shop inventory, including merchandise sold and stock on hand.
• Point of Sale Operations: Operate the POS system to accept payment for retail sales, ensuring accurate transactions and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
• Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communication with colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition of information and tasks.
