Fabrication Technician Lead

Job Description:
">We are looking for a highly skilled MIG Welding Expert to join our fabrication team at PowerBuilt Material Handling Solutions LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for welding various metal alloys using MIG and TIG techniques.

">Key Responsibilities:

- MIG welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel alloys">
- TIG welding for precision applications">
- Grinding and finishing metals to precise specifications">
- Operating vertical and horizontal band-saws safely and efficiently">
Requirements & Qualifications:
">A minimum of 3 years of experience in welding or a related field
">Prior experience working in a job shop environment
">Experience with post-machined weldments and common welding tools and procedures
">CNC mill and lathe experience preferred but not required
">Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods
">Knowledge of blueprint reading and common welding symbols preferred
">Experience with forklift operation
">The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
