Job Summary

Kotman Technology is looking for a seasoned IT professional to fill the position of Network Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring they receive seamless and efficient assistance.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Network Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various systems, as well as providing quality customer care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in-person one-on-one support
  • 4+ years of network experience, with expertise in supporting high-touch executive end-users
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to document technical issues and solutions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to squat, crawl, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
