About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Culinary Professional to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our Dining Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety in our kitchens.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established recipes and menus.
• Manage food production, including inventory, ordering, and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the Dining Services Coordinator to ensure seamless meal service.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in food preparation, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• ServSafe Manager certification.
• Local Health Department Food Handler Card.
