Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and plan to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
- Oversee project management while minimizing disruptions to manufacturing processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and qualifications.
- Demonstrate professional expertise in creating layouts and producing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Provide engineering assistance to Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis using industry-standard methodologies.
- Assess project success through appropriate metrics, monitoring, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in project engineering, ideally within a manufacturing context.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Inventor or Solidworks is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Experience in the tube industry is preferred.
