Position Overview:

Facility Details:
The Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82-bed establishment that includes a specialized memory care unit for individuals experiencing Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in the healthcare team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in compliance with federal and state regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering safe and effective nursing care.
2. Meeting all resident needs and promptly reporting any concerns to the charge nurse.
3. Assisting residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting needs.
4. Aiding in resident transfers and responding to call lights in a timely manner.
5. Conducting rounds on assigned residents and accommodating their needs.
6. Contributing to the development and implementation of individual resident Plans of Care.

Work Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position with Day shifts from 6 am to 6 pm.
