Job Title: Polisher

At Auberge Resorts Collection, we're seeking a skilled Polisher to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
  • Assist in inventory management, tracking the flow of supplies in and out of the kitchen and dining room.
  • Prepare for each shift by setting up section and side stations, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Receive, unpack, and store front-of-house restaurant supplies, maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness.
  • Polish all glasses and silverware circulated in the Tavern Building, ensuring they're sparkling clean and ready for service.
  • Fold napkins and roll up linens, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Take physical inventory of FOH supplies, including paper goods, silverware, glassware, and linens, to ensure we're always stocked and ready.
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure dishwashing needs are met, and assist with non-alcoholic juicing and prep of garnishes.
  • Perform running side work as assigned, ensuring the dining room is always prepared for service.
  • Close the restaurant as assigned, maintaining strict standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
  • Calm, clear, and concise communication with all team members.
  • Extremely organized and able to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to various service settings, including dining, events, and terrace service.
  • Commitment to the success of the restaurant and all teammates.
  • Speed and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
