Job Responsibilities

In the role of Welding Technician, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals to acquire the essential skills and knowledge required for a successful career in welding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining familiarity with various welding techniques and equipment.
  • Learning and adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Developing your welding skills under the guidance of experienced welders.
  • Engaging in physical labor related to manufacturing projects.
  • Operating a range of hand and power tools.
  • Preparing work areas by cleaning and organizing materials.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include:

  • Regularly standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed.
  • Occasionally sitting and lifting/moving weights up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment

Employees in this role may encounter:

  • Exposure to electrical hazards.
  • Frequent interaction with moving mechanical parts.
