We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Travel Registered Nurse to join our team at Focus Staff. As a critical care unit RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The Travel Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care unit setting. This includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct patient care and supervise the care provided by professional and ancillary personnel
- Participate in quality assurance endeavors and contribute to the maintenance or restoration of health status on discharge
- Current State License
- Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required
- Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required
- CCRN preferred
- Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred
- Associate's Degree or BSN required
At least 2 years of experience
