We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and other sweet treats that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Baking and Production: Mix, knead, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other bakery team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Competitive Pay: $19.66 per hour.
