Position Overview:
An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will undergo a structured transition into their new specialty through a comprehensive curriculum, seasoned preceptors, and practical learning experiences.

Eligibility:
This program is designed for RNs who are prepared to shift to a new specialty and possess over 12 months of continuous RN work experience.

Employment Details:
Full-Time positions available with Night Shift options.

Incentives:
Sign-on bonuses are available for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Additionally, relocation assistance may be provided for qualifying applicants.

Compensation:
For the Med Surg specialty, a sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered. The base pay range for this role is $65.10, with potential for additional compensation through shift differentials, overtime, and other incentives.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, particularly for those new to the specialty.
