Chattanooga Preparatory School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Algebra-1 8th Grade Math Teacher to join our team. As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to our mission of inspiring, empowering, and educating the men of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of middle school students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current math certification through the State of Tennessee.
• Experience working with middle school age students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
