Head Lifeguard

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Lifeguard to join our team at Swim Metro Management Inc. As a Head Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our pool patrons.

The Head Lifeguard will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the pool area to prevent injuries and providing care as necessary
• Administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, if necessary, using training, medical supplies, and equipment
• Contacting emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury
• Rescuing distressed persons using American Red Cross rescue techniques and equipment
• Maintaining the quality of pool water by testing chemical levels and performing regular maintenance to the pool and pool filtration system
• Maintaining sanitary conditions of all other facilities within the pool area, including bathrooms and pool deck
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising lifeguard staff to ensure a safe and clean swimming environment

To be successful as a Head Lifeguard, you must have:

• An American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
