Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Technician to join our team at Allied Reliability in Chalmette, LA. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing vibration, ultrasound, and IR data. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze vibration, ultrasound, and IR data to identify potential issues and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment reliability issues.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues and clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
  • High aptitude for learning and applying knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment for extended periods.
  • Category 2 or higher vibration certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in maintenance practices and equipment repair.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
