Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Garden Associate to join our team. As a Garden Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and plant care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the garden center and sales floor
  • Assist with sales and plant care, including answering customer questions and making recommendations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
