PBX Telephone Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PBX Telephone Operator to join our team at Hyatt Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest service
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
