Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Lead Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, and board up services to prevent further damage to properties.
  • Conduct mold remediation and asbestos/lead abatement services to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform carpet cleaning and reinstallation services to restore properties to their original condition.
  • Work under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager to ensure all services are performed according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed to support the team's efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, properly-stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in restoration services or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
