Job Summary

This role provides maintenance and repair services for our state of the art fleet. This position is eligible for a tool allowance, ski pass, along with other benefits found here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize vehicle and equipment technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime, which includes:
    • Gas / Diesel Engine Repair and Diagnosis
    • Drive Train Repair and Diagnosis
    • Electrical Repair and Diagnosis
    • Brake System Repair and Diagnosis
    • Steering and Suspension Repair and Diagnosis
    • Preventative Maintenance on Fleet Vehicles
    • Welding / Fabrication
    • Hydraulics
  • Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results
  • Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet, or mechanical aptitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license / clean DMV record
  • Must have own tools or be willing to purchase as necessary
  • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
