Job Title: IT Infrastructure Director and CISO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Director and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team at Envu. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring the security and integrity of our information assets, and leading our cybersecurity efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to maximize the value and efficiency of our infrastructure investments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy, including policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard our digital assets.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, identifying and mitigating potential threats to our information systems.
  • Design and deploy security solutions to protect against data breaches, cyber-attacks, and other security incidents.
  • Oversee the incident response process, ensuring timely detection, analysis, and resolution of security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Promote security awareness and training, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining cybersecurity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in information security management, including hands-on experience with security frameworks and practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
