Job Title:
Senior Tax Advisory Manager

We are a dynamic firm known for delivering top-tier tax advisory services to our clients. As a trusted advisor, we provide tailored solutions that align with our clients' goals, ensuring their financial success.

Leadership Role:
Utilize your technical tax, analytical, operational, and management skills to lead our team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff on engagement deliverables, ensuring quality control standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrate proficient technical skills in handling all client responsibilities, including reviewing complex tax returns and providing guidance on tax issues.
  • Own client relationships, understanding their needs, and strategizing with them and Managing Directors on tax planning.
  • Provide clients with recommendations and guidance to achieve their goals, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Assist senior management in mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in public accounting, with 3 years in a supervisory role.

Travel:
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • ~6 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
