We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at First Watch Restaurants. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.
- Exhibit a professional attitude and presentation at all times.
- Know the menu, including ingredients and prices, and make recommendations to guests.
- Take orders for food and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared correctly.
- Perform all table service functions, including serving food and beverages.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
