About the JobThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed, performing prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, weighing and measuring designated ingredients, carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator, storing food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures, cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils, distributing supplies, utensils, and portable equipment, utilizing approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control, serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications- Previous experience is not required, but excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Able to perform physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
