Sealcoat and Crackfill Laborer

Pro 2 Pave is seeking a skilled Sealcoat and Crackfill Laborer to join our team in Pewaukee, WI. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for applying seal coat to asphalt surfaces, filling cracks, and assisting with surface preparation.

• Apply seal coat to asphalt surfaces using a sprayer
• Fill cracks in asphalt surfaces with crack fill
• Assist with prepping surfaces for seal coating
• Operate equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards

• Prior experience working in sealcoating and crack filling is required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
