Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide critical support to our Gastroenterology Clinics, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedural Preparation: Set up procedures in designated departments, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working condition.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock of supplies, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assisting Physicians: Provide support to physicians during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
  • Patient Care: Observe and report changes to patient condition, providing education and support to patients and their families as needed.
  • Facilitating Ethical Care: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure an ethical plan of care is in place, prioritizing patient well-being and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS Certification required; Current Washington State CNA License preferred.
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting, including charge entry and order entry, preferred.
