CAMCO Construction & Restoration LLC is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a critical role in responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform restoration activities, including drying, demolition, and other related tasks, in accordance with work orders and chief crew instructions.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, as well as clean equipment, to ensure a professional appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Communicate effectively with the crew chief and other technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration, preferably in commercial properties
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and travel locally and out of state when necessary
