Boston, Massachusetts, United States College of Charleston Full time
Work with Us

At College of Charleston, we're dedicated to providing a superior vet experience for both patients and employees. As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll be part of a veterinary-led team that prioritizes sustainability and takes care of its vets so they can focus on patient care.

Your Role
As a key member of our team, you'll have access to the best technology, a warm and welcoming clinic environment, and supportive staff both in the clinic and remotely. You'll be provided with the autonomy to practice your medicine how you see fit and be supported mentally, physically, and financially.

Mentorship & Growth
We offer personalized training and mentorship plans for vets post-internship, or at any stage in their career. You'll have opportunities for growth into leadership positions, commensurate with experience, and be part of a positive culture that supports near and far. Our remote team of nurses will lend support with client needs, triaging cases, and assisting with day-to-day tasks when things get busy in the clinic.

Quality of Life
We prioritize your well-being with generous PTO for rest and enjoyment, flexible employment models, and best-in-class compensation to elevate all areas of your life. You'll also have access to physical and mental health support, including medical, dental & vision plan options, frequent check-ins, an Employee Assistance Program, and more. Plus, enjoy 401(k) with matching contributions and parental leave programs over your time at College of Charleston.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a DVM/VMD degree holder with a MA veterinary license, a passion for our mission, and the ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability. If you're a collaborative mindset and a team player, we'd love to hear from you
