About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Surveyor and Inspector to join our team in the State of California. As a key member of our healthcare regulatory team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys and evaluations of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.

**Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in healthcare regulation. You will work closely with healthcare facility administrators, medical staff, and other stakeholders to assess compliance with licensing and certification requirements. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive surveys and evaluations of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with state laws and regulations
* Work collaboratively with healthcare facility administrators, medical staff, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Develop and present findings and recommendations to facility administrators, county officials, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with other CDPH staff members to develop and implement policies and procedures related to healthcare facility regulation
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and changing regulations
