Job Summary

This position is responsible for organizing and maintaining Proposal content in a library, ensuring the Enterprise Proposal Team can quickly find and use the content in RFP/ RFI deliverables. The person may be asked to re-write and/or maintain pre-existing proposal content to meet the needs of multiple audiences through interaction with internal clients and management at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content to meet the needs of multiple audiences
  • Develop and execute proposal messaging and supporting communications to be distributed internally and externally to clients, consultants, and brokers
  • Work under pressure and tight deadlines to meet customer-service expectations
  • Collaborate with internal clients and management to understand their needs and develop content accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal development and content management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or English
  • 3 years corporate communications experience, including copy development, editing, and print project management
  • OR 7 years corporate communications experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and other Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Ability to interact with clients with confidence and influence decision-making processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior content strategist experience
  • Experience with RFPIO or Loopio
